Our 18-Month Service Guarantee
We strive to give you the very best possible results, and we stand behind the quality, longevity and durability of our treatments. We want you to have complete trust and peace of mind in dental treatments we provide, which is why we offer an 18-month guarantee on our dental services.
A few simple conditions apply:
- The dental treatment must be paid in full, and the account has no outstanding balance.
- Any remedial or subsequent dental work must be carried out by a Bishopsgate Dental Care dentist.
- The crown, porcelain veneer, implant, or bridge has not been damaged or lost due to trauma or neglect. This includes new decay, gum disease, misuse, abuse, accidents, or any additional dental treatment.
- Patients attend a minimum of two examinations and hygiene visits in each year following completion of the treatment, and follow our recommended preventative dental treatments and maintenance programme.
- The restoration provided is permanent and deemed by a Bishopsgate Dental Care dentist to be the most appropriate method of dental treatment.
- If your dental treatment requires replacement or repair and a different dental material or technique is deemed to be necessary by the dentist or dental laboratory, only the difference in fees is payable.
- Root canal treatment is not covered by this guarantee. It is unlikely your tooth will need a root canal treatment but if you do, please be aware that the nerves in your teeth are unpredictable.
