Meet Our Team

Cielo is our head nurse, a qualified dental nurse who specialises in implant and facial aesthetics assisting. She qualified in dental nursing in Colombia and undertook some additional training when she moved to the UK years ago. What Cielo loves most about being a dental nurse is witnessing a patient’s happiness when they have obtained the results they were after, which motivates her to continue to develop her professional skills.

Cielo leads the nursing team with great skill, enthusiasm, and responsibility; she supports her team in a very optimistic way and always welcomes our patients with a smile on her face.

Cielo joined the Bishopsgate Dental team 10 years ago, where she has further developed her passion for assisting with surgical procedures and her future professional goal is to assist in an array of surgical procedures, as she feels that this is her greatest strength in the profession.

What attracted Cielo to Bishopsgate Dental Care was its central location, allowing her to meet patients from different backgrounds and walks of life, but also the lovely team spirit, where everyone is always willing to help and pulls their weight to ensure every working day sails smoothly. The practice is also close to her home, which means that after work she can spend quality time with her family.

In her spare time, Cielo enjoys reading — especially books and leaflets about other cultures as she loves to travel to different places. To keep fit, she enjoys swimming, running, and taking long walks. On the weekends, her family joins her for walks to different spots in London to learn about their history. If the weather is a bit dreary they’ll visit the many museums London has to offer, or go to the cinema. Cielo and her husband are planning to take their girls to Colombia so that they can learn more about their heritage and spend quality time with their large family! She really cherishes special family moments!
