Meet Our Team

At the tender age of sixteen, Amanda trained as a dental nurse, but felt she was better-suited to a managerial and administrative role, where she now has over twenty years of experience.

Amanda joined the Bishopsgate Dental Care team in October 2014 as practice manager and administrator. She will always greet you with a smile and offer you her unwavering support. She is very interested in Invisalign cases and seeing a patient’s smile gradually become more and more confident as the weeks go by!

What attracted Amanda to Bishopsgate was the lively Spitalfields location and the mix of patients and colleagues she gets to know and interact with on a daily basis. Something Amanda is especially fond of is the family-oriented nature of the team — everyone is treated equally, and team members bend over backwards to offer a helping hand. The team often socialises outside of the practice, bonding and getting to know each other better, which adds to the positive ambiance.

In her spare time, Amanda enjoys making the most of living next to Epping Forest to take long walks with her dog — come rain or shine! She has one twenty-three-year-old daughter who she loves to spend time with, and an extended family that just keeps growing!

One of Amanda’s favourite things to do when away from the practice is travel — especially trips in the nature of city breaks where she can immerse herself in a new culture and its history, but also beach holidays where she can completely relax and lose herself in a good book! But what Amanda loves most is spending time with her family and going to the theatre, cinema, or eating out in the many restaurants London and the surrounding counties have to offer. In her opinion, time with loved ones is always time well spent.
